Kim J. Schofield


Coach Kim J. Schofield is a national speaker, trainer and health advocate known for her creative leadership concepts, coaching and forward thinking in ministry, business and healthcare. She has served local churches in various leadership capacities in Leadership & Ministry Development, Single Adult Ministry, Pastoral Care Ministries, Christian Formation & Discipleship. Kim has earned degrees to include: Associate of Arts (1982) in Business Management at Fisher College in Boston, Massachusetts; Bachelor of Arts (2003) Biblical Education with an emphasis on Leadership Development at Beulah Heights University in Atlanta, Georgia; Masters in Ministry Leadership Development (2003) with an emphasis in Church Leadership & Ministry Formation from Southwestern Christian University, Bethany, Oklahoma and is currently completing her Doctor of Ministry degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Kim’s Spirit-filled gifts have qualified her to be a powerful Transforming Agent with strategic roles in church & ministry; arts & entertainment; business; education; family; government; media; and healthcare. Her life purpose is to revive dormant Value into others personhood and dreams igniting their spiritual gifts, natural abilities and acquired skills to make them strong (Rom. 1:11). She has a strong desire to come alongside people to discover and uncover their value, inner strength, purpose and destiny that guides them toward a passion-purpose filled life. Kim is the visionary of Other Peoples Potential (OPP) Coaching, a Human Capital Consulting Firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. Kim is a Certified Leadership and Life Coach with Lifeforming Leadership Coaching, Virginia Beach, Virginia and a member of the Georgia Chapter of the International Coach Federation. She is the mother of Kyler Griffin, theater arts professional and 2012 graduate of Duke University.
